Please note that all payments are to be made in Sterling.
Delivery Schedule
All orders are dispatched within 48 hours of receipt and are sent by courier. Please make sure that somebody will be available to sign for your order.
Returns Policy
Returns Procedure
We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. Should you wish to return anything bought from us, we will be happy to refund or exchange a product provided it is in fully resalable condition. Returns should be made within 28 days and in original, undamaged packaging.
If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, or deduct up to 20% of the original selling price from the refund amount.
How to Return or Exchange:
1. There is no need to telephone us when sending us a return.
2. Please return a copy of your delivery paperwork with the items, and state whether you would like a replacement or an exchange.

4. We recommend that you send returns by recorded post or by courier. Always retain proof of postage. Goods are returned to Spread Good Vibes™ at your own expense.
5. You will receive your refund credit, or cheque or exchange order (when in stock) within 21 days of posting the goods back to us.
6. Please note that refunds bought as presents can only be given to the original payer, and if you decide to swap an item, we can't stop the payer knowing.
Legal Statements on Returns:
Returning any item within 28 days will be taken as notice of cancellation of your order (or relevant part of your order). On receipt of the returned goods, Life is good® will give you a full refund of the amount paid for the goods (but not the postage) or an exchange credit as required. You must, however, return the goods on cancellation in order to receive a full refund or exchange. When returning goods on which you have received a discount/offer, that discount/offer will no longer apply if you fall below the discount/offer threshold and the refund will be adjusted accordingly.
